Collecting your order
Every order from 7th Heaven Aberdeen is made fresh in our store at 252A Union Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1TN. Here's everything you need to know about collecting it.
Store collection: choose your collection date and time slot at checkout, then collect your order from the store at that time. Please bring your order confirmation email, and check the design, flavour and message before you leave.
Delivery: 7th Heaven Aberdeen is currently collection only, so delivery is not available. Opening hours and directions are on our Find your store.
Changes and problems: to change your collection date or time, email cs@7thheavenuk.com or call +44 1224 009744 at least 12 hours before your slot (48 hours for customised orders). If anything is not right with your order, tell our staff when you collect it, or contact us within 1 hour of collecting it.
