Our products contain allergens and may have traces of others due to cross-contamination. We do not accept allergy-specific orders. All items are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present — we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please contact our staff for more information before ordering.
Freshness: Our products are prepared for immediate consumption. We cannot take responsibility once items leave our premises.

Our full allergy policy
Shared kitchen: All our products are made in a kitchen that handles the 14 major allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphites) using shared equipment, surfaces and utensils. Cross-contamination is possible at every stage of preparation.
No allergy orders: We do not accept orders made for people with food allergies. We cannot make any product allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee that any product is free from any allergen or from traces of it.
“Eggless” and other “made without” options: When a product is described as eggless, or as made without a particular ingredient, it means that ingredient is not added to the recipe. It does not mean the product is free from that allergen: it may still contain traces of it and is not suitable for anyone with an allergy to it. Our eggless option is offered as a dietary preference (for example, for vegetarian customers), not as an allergy option.
